At Toomey's Mardi Gras, we want you to be fully satisfied with your celebration supplies. If your order isn't quite right, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused. Please note that seasonal items and certain perishables may be subject to specific return restrictions.
Contact Customer Support
Email our team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, if possible, and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
