How long does shipping take for Mardi Gras supplies?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. During peak Mardi Gras season, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance to ensure your beads and throws arrive before your parade date.
Can I purchase Mardi Gras beads in bulk?
Yes, we specialize in bulk orders for krewes, organizations, and large parties. Most of our beads are available by the case at discounted wholesale pricing.
What is your return policy on seasonal items?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that seasonal items may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our beads and trinkets securely, breakage can occur during transit. If your order is damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.
Are the beads safe for children?
Our products are intended for festive use. Because Mardi Gras beads can pose a choking or strangulation hazard, children should always be supervised by an adult when handling them.
